Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love The Playlist Game. This policy sets out how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Your Consumer Rights
You are entitled to:
- A refund
- A replacement
- Or a repair
if a product is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Not as described
- Fails to meet consumer guarantees
2. Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion.
Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Packaging must be intact
- Return request must be made within 30 days
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
Refunds for change of mind will exclude original shipping fees.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Provide photos of the issue
- We will provide replacement or refund options
We may request the item be returned for assessment.
4. Incorrect Items Received
If we send the wrong item, we will:
- Cover all return shipping costs
- Send you the correct item immediately
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned without prior contact
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Funds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank
